IP Office Opportunity
1. Download the Config Tool. For SME opportunities, speed is imperative to compete. For this reason, Catalyst has empowered you to produce your own custom quotes in minutes using our user-friendly config tool. This tool can be downloaded from the Catalyst website by clicking here. Note: this is password protected. As of 1/10, the password is "one". If the password expires, you can contact your inside sales rep at 800-790-2029 and he/she will give you the most current password.
2. Import your Pricing into the Config Tool (Optional but Recommended). It is possible to have Catalyst send you a weekly txt/csv file with all of your current pricing -- contact your sales rep or business development rep to have this service activated. The following link shows you how to load this pricing into the config tool.
3. Learn how to use the Config Tool. You can learn how this easy tool works by viewing a recorded webinar presented by Ross Kennedy.
4. Ask questions or get help. You can call our pre-sales tech support group for assistance and hand-holding by dialing 800-790-2029 x4082.
5. Price out your quote. If you already imported your pricing into the tool (step 2), you'll automatically have your cost once you create a config. If you haven't done this, email your quote to your inside sales rep for pricing.
6. Get Implementation Pricing. Email your quote to [email protected] to get an implementation quote if your company is not providing the installation. Include in your email whether or not your company will be doing the rack+stack, or whether you will need that subbed out as well. 7. Get a Maintenance Quote. Your IP Office quote will have a tab at the bottom titled "Request Form". Fill out this form. You will need your Avaya Sold To and Link ID numbers (contact your sales rep if you don't know these). Email this to [email protected].
Helpful Information:
-->The difference between wholesale and retail: Wholesale means you are buying the whole maintenance contract up-front (one sum) and selling it to the end-user with your markup. Retail means the maintenance contract is sold by Avaya to the end-user and you are paid a commission. Retail is more common.
