Option One: Download the Needs Assessment Form by clicking <Needs Assessment Form> in the "Attachments" section.
Next, fill out the below spreadsheet as completely as possible, save on your computer, then upload by clicking <ADD ATTACHMENT>
Option Two: The second way you can communicate customer requirements is by writing, in simple terms, what it is that your customer needs. You can either enter the requirements in the <Notes> Section by clicking <Add Note>. You can also type the requirements into a word document and attach it to the request. This is done by going to <Attachments> and clicking <Add Attachment>.
Example of a note you may add (instead of filling out the built in needs assessment form spreadsheet):

This customer, a law firm has 3 sites.
The main site in Torrance will have 300 IP stations (qty 260 9620, qty 40 9650) and 15 analog station ports.
Remote Site 1 is in Irvine with 50 phones. This site needs survivability. We'll use 9620 phones here and 8 analog trunks.
Remote Site 2 is in Chicago with 79 phones. We'd like qty 70 9620 with 9 9650 phones. Full PRI for dialtone.
We'd like to centralize the voicemail and need to to integrate with their Exchange Server (Modular Messaging?). Also, we need 100 One-X mobile clients who also need IP soft phones.
All of the sites have POE switches so no local power is necessary for the phones.
The main site will have 50 call center agents that will be doing inbound and outbound calling. These agents also want the ability to handle IM inbound. For outbound calls, they would like to preview customer records.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**TIP** By using Avaya's ProposALL tool, you can get a lot of information on types of phones, applications, etc. This may help as you are figuring out the customer requirements.
6. SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST. Remember to first SAVE!! Next Submit this request by going to the <Available Workflow Actions> (top). Select <Send Quote to Catalyst Sales>, then click <Submit Workflow>

Now we need Implementation/Professional Services
9. GET AN IMPLEMENTATION/PRO SERVICES QUOTE.
Important: The hardware/software quotes you get from our design engineers have ballpark Avaya Global Services implementation pricing, but these are not good numbers since they don't include details around your customers SOW. Catalyst Telecom is an Avaya certified implementation partner and can quote and complete implementation/pro services as an extension of your business.
