Ordering Avaya Enterprise Solutions - Cradle to Grave
- Request a Sold To # from Avaya by visiting PRM (www.avaya.com/prmportal)
- If it is an existing opportunity already in PRM
- Click on “Opportunities” at the top
- Select the appropriate opportunity
- Click the Sales Support Request button
- Select Avaya Account Inquiry
- Check the “Sold To” box
- Fill out necessary end user information
- Click Submit
- Click Save
- If it is a new opportunity not listed in PRM
- Click on “Sales Support Request” at the top
- Select “Create New Sales Support Request”
- Select “Avaya Account Inquiry
- Fill out necessary end user information
- Click Submit
- Click Save
- Submit Hardware, Software, Software Support Order to your inside rep at Catalyst
- PO#
- End User Name/Address
- Ship To Address
- ASD configuration (excel)
- DRN Letter (Deal Registration)
- Special Bid Letter from Avaya (if applicable)
- Rebate Form (if applicable)
- Avaya Sold-To # required for all Software orders
- Pre-register System: Partner or Catalyst?
- If Catalyst is pre-registering on your behalf, include in your purchase order part number for pre-registration:
- SIG-PREREG $125
- SIG-PREREG-ADD $80 (for an additional remote site)
- SIG-PREREG-EXPEDITE $350
- If Partner is pre-registering, Login to Avaya’s Pre-Registration Tool to Pre-Register the system (note you must have access to this site)
- Order Avaya Maintenance – Wholesale or Retail?
- Wholesale (Partner purchases from Avaya)
- The Partner project manager will provide a quote he/she received from Catalyst’s Avaya maintenance group. Send this quote to your sales rep along with your purchase order consisting of part number LUC-MAINT. Dollar amount should be equal to the quote.
- Retail (End User purchases from Avaya, Partner is paid commission)
- The Partner project manager will have received a Channel Services Agreement from Catalyst’s Avaya Maintenance Group. This contract is to be provided to the end user who will sign and submit paperwork.
- Once the installation is complete, Final Register System
- Review the Final Registration Check List

- Call the Avaya Final Registration Hot Line 1-800-225-0266 or1-877-295-0099 (select prompt for final registration)
- Select the first product you are registering for (each product on the order needs to be registered (CM, CMS, Messaging, CMS, One-X portal, Software Support, etc)
- Repeat the process for each product on the order.
- Information you need to have handy:
- End User Customer Sold To Number
- Installation Date
- 9 Digit GSD Access Number
- Call Back Number
