A: While you may not know Avaya very well, you are able to read through the RFP and explain the following:
---> How many trunks per site/location and what kind (analog, PRI, SIP)
---> How many stations per site and what kind (IP, digital, analog)
---> Voicemail requirements per site, centralized?
---> Survivability at remote sites?
---> Call center applications? Mobility Applications? Conferencing?
---> And so on....
